The first step is to qualify with a mortgage lender, from that point we can start designing your custom home. We can work from your plan, or we can design your dream.
Qualification & Design
Construction begins with set-up and pouring of the foundation. Walls and roof are raised, and windows and doors set. With the next phase comes the electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures and heat/ac. Insulation is blown, sheet rock, mud, tape and texture is started. Next custom cabinets, interior doors and trim are installed.
The Construction Process
Let the fun begin. The interior finishes are where paint & stain, floor coverings, countertops, lighting & appliances down to the final door locks are chosen.
Interior Finishes
From final clean-up, paint touch-up and code inspections to Builder walk through, we will be there making sure every detail is exactly the way you want it.
Final Builder Approval
Now that your home has been given the check of approval from the Builder, he will do a final walk through with you. This last phase is to educate you on how your new home will perform, and how to program your AC unit, irrigation system, and any other products you have questions on.
